Approximate 25 minute workout - more like 30 minutes :) {1 minute of jump rope followed by 1 minute of an exercise of your choosing} X10 Count your errors on the rope for some fun at the end. (1 burpee for each error on rope) If you don't have a jump rope, jog on the spot with high knees every 10 seconds for the minute.
